Do not remove the paper liner from the tabletop grill. Cook the cutlets on top of it. The grill and burner become hot; please do not touch them.

After the burner is lit, wait about one minute for the cooking surface to warm up. Then start cooking a few slices at a time.

Place two or three slices on the grill, with a cut face of the meat touching the cooking surface. Turn the slices to cook the other cut face too.
Cook each slice thoroughly through to the centre before eating. If you are unsure, please ask our staff for help.

Try a little wasabi with the steak sauce, or dip your cooked cutlet into the ponzu with grated daikon radish. Enjoy the different flavours, one slice at a time.
Take a bite of rice alongside your cutlet to enjoy the full meal.

Add a little wasabi, then dip into the steak sauce. Adjust the amount of wasabi to your taste.

Try the citrus-flavoured ponzu with grated daikon radish for a refreshing change.

You can lift the bowl and sip miso soup directly from the rim, using chopsticks for the ingredients. Enjoy it in the way that feels comfortable to you.
